You'll find a lot of information about Cape Town here. A lot of different information: usefull and important as well as not important but interesting, fascinating and fun.
Here you can plan your trip to this spectacular city and get ready to get the best from it.
Cape Town inspired me to create this site. I spent several month in this beautifull place in 2010 and had a chance to watch as Cape Town perked before the soccer World cup, as the city welcomed and entertained tourists and fans and said to them farewell, as streets and road quickly got back to its normal state after that.
I studied the place as a tourist by trying and watching everything of interest. I learnt the city as a migrant by getting acquainted with the area, buying food and cloths, attending home affairs and other official departments, meeting people and trying to find a job.

Hello.
This is my first site. Everything here is made by me from scratch.
I tried myself as a photograpger. So any picture you'll find here (except for those from hotels description) is mine, e.g. unprofessional.
I tried myself as a cameraman and videoeditor. And this is my first attempt to film myself and to write public texts and record sound in English. So don't judge my amatuer video too harsh.
Anyway i hope that my attempts will be usefull for you and intersting.
Oh, ja, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Oksana Vzdorik (so it explains the domain name). I'm 30 years old and i eventually decided to realise my child dream to become an international TV journalist. So this is my baby steps to this dream.
I would like to say thanks to all people who inspired and helped me to realise this project. .
First of all I want to thank my mom for being so faithfull and beliving in me even when i was already desperate.
Kevin Butterly deserves a personal acknowledgement. Without him this project wouldn't be possible. He invite me to Cape Town and showed it to me.
A special thank I would like to say to Mduduzi Mbuyazi and his band Unico Muzico. Their music accompanys almost all videos.
Also I would like to express my appreciation to the Butterly family.
They welcomed me in their house, supported me and gave me a lot of usefull information.
A wonderfull person, who showed me the town from the ocean at day light and from the mountain in the evening down - Tracy from Kaskazi kayaks also merits a special thank.

To my mind the most pleasant entertainment in Cape Town is directly conected with enjoying the nature: from a boat, or a kayak or a horse back or being hang up to the wing,
There are plenty of possibilities for outdoor activities such as surfing or Kite-serfing, hiking and sailing, pafaglidng or shark cage diving.
I haven't try all the above but still can tell you about some experience. And of corse will guide you through buying suvenirs.
Cape Town is one of that rare cities where you can find a natural reserve right in the city center. In the Table mountain reserve as well as at Cape Point and on Boulders beach you can see a lot of different plants, birds and animals.
You can watch whales from the shore and contamplate seals from a boat
